First, the installation requirements

  • 1. First, a cement plane must be made. If equipment is frequently relocated, the equipment can be placed on the cement plane for normal production. If it is fixed, the equipment should be stabilized and fixed with anchor bolts.
  • 2. The joint flanges of the equipment must be sealed with a sponge. The inner and outer circles of the pipe are sealed once.
  • 3. Equipment installation should follow the equipment connection diagram.

Second, the operating procedures

  • 1. Before starting the mill, check whether there are iron and other debris in the working chamber, check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, check whether all the inspection doors are closed tightly, and adjust the steering of the fan and the main engine.
  • 2, the starting sequence is to start the analysis machine, then start the fan, and then start the host, after the start of the host should be immediately added (feed must be uniform, not too much less), too much air duct blockage, reduce production and easy to burn Bad motor, too little feed to reduce production equipment, loud sound. When starting up, the discharge valve at the discharge port position must be closed, and the counterweight must be reasonable. (Requires that the dust collector can be closed when there is no material, and when the material is in the powder collector, it can be automatically lifted to make the material evenly discharged)
  • 3. The shutdown sequence is to stop the material in the working chamber and finish grinding. When the sound is loud, turn off the main unit, then turn off the fan, then turn off the analyzer.
  • 4. Adjustment of air volume: The air volume control valve located on the air intake pipe of the fan is generally opened to the maximum position and adjusted according to the fineness and output requirements. The regulating valve located on the exhaust pipe of the exhaust gas outlet can be adjusted to the inlet without dust emission, and the air volume is small and the fineness is high. However, it should be noted that the air volume is too small, and the material in the air duct below the main unit is easy to precipitate. Please adjust it properly.
  • 5. Fineness adjustment can be adjusted by adjusting the speed and air volume of the analyzer. Adjust the speed of the analyzer should pay attention to high speed, high fineness; low speed and fineness. When adjusting the air volume, it should be noted that the air volume is large and the fineness is coarse; the air volume is small and fine. It should be adjusted according to the size, softness and specific gravity of the material.

Third, use and maintenance of the machine In addition to the upper end of the spindle with a copper sleeve, the rest of the transmission part uses rolling bearings, so must operate under good lubrication conditions, otherwise it will damage the bearing. The maintenance method is as follows: the spindle refueling time is twice per shift, but it must be noted that if the oil in the oil cup is not lost or the loss is too slow, the oil passage should be cleaned immediately, and then 50# mechanical oil is added, and the oil cup is located at the upper end of the main shaft. The spindle base bearing and the grinding roller bearing are filled with grease gun 5# calcium-based grease once every time, and then add a little oil, the analyzer bearing is filled with 5# calcium-based grease, and the fan bearing chamber is filled with lithium-based grease.
