  • 4. Feeding should be continuous and uniform. The granules of the feed are strictly in accordance with the requirements of the rules, and the larger than the regular materials are prevented from entering the crusher, otherwise the imbalance of the impeller and the excessive wear of the impeller may be caused. The base is formed to block the impeller passage and the central feed pipe, so that the crusher cannot operate normally. Bulk should be removed in time when feeding.
  • 5. If there is severe oscillation and abnormal noise during the operation of the crusher, stop it and check it.
  • 6. When the discharging device stops, the feeding should be stopped in time. Otherwise, the crushing impeller will be formed and the motor will be burnt.
  • 7. In addition to this, the use of high-performance impellers is also essential.
