  • (1) The common phenomenon is that the mill is running for a long time and there is a large vibration. The vibration damage to the machine itself is very serious. Once the vibration of the machine body is obvious, it should be dealt with in time to prevent safety hazards and machines. malfunction. The main causes of machine vibration failure are unreasonable system parameters, equipment body damage, material properties, etc. It is necessary to find and quickly deal with the fault source in time to avoid the falling off of the Vertical roller mill separator blades.
  • (2) Another common reason is that the blades of the Vertical roller mill separator are fixed on the vertical shaft of the separator by the lock nut.
